Red Tiger's Apache Way sets its reels against a dusty North American backdrop of rock formations, cactus-dotted scrubland and a tepee positioned off to one side, backed by a panpipe soundtrack that plays throughout spins and grows more prominent during big wins or the bonus round.

The layout is a standard 5-reel, 3-row grid running 25 fixed paylines, with wins formed by three to five matching symbols landing consecutively from the first reel. Card values from 10 through Ace, styled with feather decoration, occupy the lower rungs of the pay table, paying between 0.6x and 2.5x the stake for a five-symbol line. Above them sit four animal premiums, snake, cougar, bear and eagle, worth 8x to 20x the bet for five of a kind. A wild appears on every reel, matches the eagle's payout when it forms its own line, and otherwise fills in for any paying symbol.

Two features drive the bonus side of the game. The first, Ritual of the Sun, revolves around Sun scatter symbols carrying cash values between 1x and 20x the stake; when one lands during the base game it can stay locked in place for two to five further spins. Collecting six or more visible Sun scatters launches the feature proper, locking every qualifying symbol into position and awarding three respins. Any additional Sun landing during those respins locks in turn and resets the counter back to three. Once respins run out, every locked Sun value is totalled and paid, with a completely filled Sun grid adding a further 2,000x the bet on top.

The second feature is a free spins round, triggered when scatter symbols appear on reels one, three and five together, with three of them awarding five free spins. Inside the round, the three middle reels combine into a single 3x3 Mega Symbol position. A Mega free-spin symbol landing there on its own adds three more spins, while pairing it with one or two ordinary scatters on the outer reels adds four or five spins respectively. Should a 3x3 Mega Sun symbol appear on that merged position, it can launch the Ritual of the Sun feature from inside free spins as well.

Apache Way carries a 95.75% RTP, sits at medium volatility rated 4 out of 5, and posts a maximum hit frequency rating of 5 out of 5, meaning wins land relatively often for the category. Stakes run from 0.10 up to 20 per spin. The overall win ceiling is 2,571x the bet, most realistically approached by filling the board with Sun scatters during Ritual of the Sun rather than chasing the rarer Mega Symbol combinations in free spins.
