Brainwashed

What Brainwashed has actually done in our bonus hunts

We have opened Brainwashed 12 times across 12 separate bonus hunts between 19 Aug 2026 and 22 Sep 2026 and recorded every result. Across those 12 opens the median result was 36× the bet, against 50.1× for every slot in our recorded dataset. The biggest single result we have recorded on it is 858.5×. 3 of those 12 opens were 100× or better. 12 opens is a small sample and describes only these recorded sessions — it is not this slot's RTP and it does not predict what your next bonus will do.

Shady Lady's second slot release drops players inside a fenced-off compound run by a self-styled prophet, with Brainwashed building its whole aesthetic around cult indoctrination — warning signs, sinister audio cues and a general sense that leaving might not be an option. It's a darkly comic take on the subject rather than a straight horror game, continuing the tone the studio set with its debut title.

The action plays out on a 5-reel, 4-row grid across 30 paylines, matched from the first reel onward. A badge, pills, a vial of poison and a bloody knife make up the lower-paying symbols, each worth 2x the bet for a full line of five, while three cult members and a robed leader form the premium set, paying 6x to 20x for five in a row. A wild can land in any position, substitutes for the regular symbols, and pays out at the value of whichever premium symbol ranks highest.

Three random events can fire during ordinary play: one turns three to fifteen positions across the grid wild through a stabbing animation, another converts every Brain symbol currently on the reels into a wild, and a third upgrades all of the cult-member symbols into the top-paying character. Brain symbols themselves stack up the reels carrying multipliers from 1x to as high as 666x, and during the bonus round a Golden Brain can appear among them — collecting it once doubles whatever total has been built up by the time the spin ends.

Brain Collectors introduce a separate mechanic: green collectors simply bank the value of any Brain landing on their position, blue collectors also sweep in every Brain positioned above the first one collected on that reel, and red collectors do the same while adding a running multiplier that climbs by one for every Brain gathered. Landing three scatters opens six free spins, during which the scatter positions become Brain Collectors of their own and further collectors can appear at random; collector placements and any red multipliers carry through the whole round, with the accumulated total revealed once the spins run out, and a rarer symbol can add an extra spin to the count each time it lands.

For players who'd rather skip ahead, a boosted-cost spin option raises the odds of triggering a random feature, with a higher-cost version pushing that further and a guaranteed-trigger price above both. A separate purchase lets players buy the best three outcomes from a pre-set batch of spins, with the price scaling to the batch size, and a set of loot box purchases each hand out one random bonus drawn from a tiered pool of enhanced prizes.

Brainwashed's headline RTP is 96.28%, with 94.09% and 92.06% versions also used elsewhere; the game is rated high volatility with a 22.23% hit frequency, stakes from 0.10 to 50, and a maximum win of 20,000x the bet.
