Quickspin's third trip down the hold-and-win highway lands with Cash Truck 3 Turbo, trading the desert and neon-lit city of its predecessors for a pine-forested mountain pass where a towering robotic figure looms on one side of the track and an ominous fortress-like structure stands on the other. Players watch from behind the armoured Cash Truck in a first-person chase view as the vehicle rattles along the road, with the change of setting giving the third entry its own visual identity rather than repeating the earlier games.

The action plays out on a five-reel grid with seven rows per reel, though only the bottom four rows are active when a base-game round begins; the top three stay locked until the play area expands. Wins are formed left to right on a ways system that opens up to 16,807 ways once every row is unlocked. Five of a kind returns 0.25x the stake for a low symbol, between 0.5x and 2x for a medium, or 5x for the high pay, and two wild types, a standard wild and a big wild, cover every position except the scatter.

Winning combinations vanish from the grid and trigger a tumble, with new symbols dropping in to replace them; any tumble that lands a further win unlocks three random cells from the still-locked top rows, so the play area grows as the round continues. The first time every position is unlocked and the tumbling has finished, a 3x3 big wild drops into the centre of the grid for an extra win evaluation. A second-chance mechanic can also fire: if exactly two scatters are showing in the open area once tumbling stops, and the big wild hasn't already landed, the open cells clear down to just those scatters and refill from above.

Three or more unlocked scatters send the game into the Truck Raider Bonus Game, with each scatter beyond the third adding an extra Expander symbol to the starting position. The round opens with three spins, and landing any symbol resets that counter back to three. Cash tiles carry a bet-multiplier value, Grabbers and their Turbo versions pull the value of every other symbol into themselves, Zappers double the value of symbols chained to them, Boosters add their value outward to the rest of the grid, Doublers double on every counter reset, an Upgrader promotes adjacent symbols to stronger versions, and Expanders keep unlocking the grid. Before the bonus starts, players can gamble for an additional Expander, though a lost gamble forfeits the round entirely. Two buy options skip straight to the feature: 75x the stake for the three-scatter entry at 96.36% RTP, or 375x for the five-scatter version at 96.66% RTP, against a maximum win of 40,000x the stake.
