Big Time Gaming trades its usual Megaways engine for a fixed grid in Castle of Terror, setting a vampire household above a quiet, autumn-lit village on a hillside. Six reels and four rows generate 4,096 ways to win, with matches connecting from the leftmost reel.

Playing-card values from 9 to Ace sit at the foot of the pay table, worth 0.3x to 0.5x the stake for six matching. Above them stand four household figures - a gardener, a maid, a gentleman and a lady - each rendered twice, once in an ordinary daytime form and again as a fanged night-time version that appears once free spins start; six of either version returns between 0.6x and 50x the bet. A wild fills in for any of these.

Base-game spins can randomly trigger Holy Water, which splashes across the four central reels; wherever two or more of the household characters sit inside that area, they convert to wild, and every conversion adds one point to a multiplier applied once the spin's wins are tallied. That multiplier drops back to zero before the next spin begins.

Two scatter types lead into the bonus round, a silver castle and a gold one. Twelve free spins start the moment three scatters show up anywhere on the grid, topped up by three more for every scatter past the third, and a gold castle among the triggering symbols upgrades the round to Enhanced Free Spins instead of the standard version. Neither version resets its multiplier between spins, and Holy Water keeps firing on every single one throughout. The regular round begins at x1 and climbs by one point per character conversion; the enhanced round opens at x2 and rises by two points each time. A further route into the bonus, Win Exchange, activates after certain base-game wins. Landing 100x the stake or higher lets that win be traded for a guaranteed twelve free spins at a cost equal to the win itself, while anything between 25x and 100x can instead be risked on a spinning wheel - a green segment pays out the twelve spins, a red one forfeits the original win entirely.
