Wins form left to right starting from the first reel: card symbols from ten through ace need three of a kind to pay, as do the tackle box, lifesaver and fishing rod, while the pelican pays out from just two matching symbols. A fisherman wild stands in for any of those symbols, and landing fishermen on their own also pays — two to five fishermen appearing together pay between 0.1x and 500x the stake, scaling with how many show up.
