Flower Fortunes Supreme follows Fantasma Games' original Megaways-powered Flower Fortunes without using the Megaways name anywhere on the game screen, though the level-based ways system it built its reputation on carries over largely intact. The reels start at 6x5 and can grow to 6x9 as the level bar fills, set against the same green valley scenery that framed the original, complete with its flowers and grassy mounds.

Symbols land in blocks of one, two or three positions rather than single tiles.
