Sneaky Slots sets Freak Show Revelation in a grainy, black-and-white circus tent, playing out across a 5x3 grid with 20 paylines and stakes of 0.10 to 40 per spin. Letters F, R, E, A and K form the low-pay symbols, each worth 3x the bet for five in a row, while five character-based Freak symbols sit above them paying 6x to 20x for a full line. The game runs on high volatility for a 95.77% RTP.

The Host symbol is wild, substituting for every paying icon, and landing one sets off a randomly chosen effect: it can spread to cover its entire reel, summon a multiplier of x5 to x50 that applies to the round's wins once the spin resolves, or tally every Freak symbol on the grid — Host included — multiply that count by the stake, then multiply the result again by a fresh random factor between x2 and x10. Up to five Hosts can land in a single spin, one per reel, though never alongside a scatter or an xBomb. The xBomb wild appears only on the middle three reels, paying out before it clears the symbols around it and boosting the multiplier applied to the next collapse; any line win untouched by that spin's xBomb pays twice over.

Three scatters open a choice between Heaven Spins and Hell Respins, the game's two entries into Act I, while four scatters at once — or a single scatter landing mid-feature — escalates straight to the Act II super bonus versions. Heaven Spins hands out 10 free spins with Host effects triggering more often than in the base game; a scatter during the round adds three spins and upgrades the feature to its super form, which guarantees at least one Host per spin and drops scatters from the reels entirely. Hell Respins instead opens with three respins showing nothing but blanks, scatters, Hosts and value chips between x1 and x10: the chips add their number to a reel total that starts at x1, a Host doubles that total, and any chip or Host landing extends the respins by one, with the accumulated total paid out once the feature ends. A scatter here upgrades to Super Hell Respins, carrying the collected total forward, adding two extra spins, and tripling the reel total whenever a Host appears instead of doubling it.

Outside of natural triggers, a Sneaky Boost priced at 2x the stake makes one or two Sneaky symbols enough to start the bonus feature, while the 5x Super Sneaky Boost does the same for a single Super Sneak symbol, or the full super bonus for two. A Host activation can also be bought outright for 15x the stake, with the bonus round itself available for 100x and its super version for 500x.
