Play'n GO sends two outlaws, Swift Rick and Lady Pearl, after stagecoaches full of jewellery in Highway Legends, a five-reel slot released in May 2023. The setting swaps rolling countryside for something older-fashioned: ornate gardens and stone statuary in the base game, giving way to a grittier night-time backdrop once the free spins begin.

Highway Legends runs a 5x3 grid with 20 fixed ways to win, paying left to right for three or more matching symbols. Medium volatility is the default, and the RTP is quoted at 96.25% on the primary configuration, with four lower alternates — 94.25%, 91.25%, 87.25% and 84.25% — also in circulation. Stakes range from 0.10 to 100 per spin, and the top prize is capped at 1,250x.

Nine paying symbols fill out the reels. Card royals from J to A sit at the bottom of the pay table, three pieces of jewellery make up the mid-tier, and a masked bandit pair — one male, one female — top the regular symbols. A full line of royals pays 4x to 5x the stake, the jewellery climbs to 10x-20x, and the two bandits reach 25x-30x. A crossed-pistols wild substitutes for any of these and pays 50x for five in a row.

The base game carries its own Cash Collect mechanic: cash bags worth between 2x and 30x the bet can land on the first four reels, and when a collector symbol appears on reel five it sweeps up every bag showing. Landing three scatters on reels one, three and five sends the game into free spins, with a choice between two rounds that can't be retriggered. Roaming Rider Wilds runs for 15 spins and holds any wild in place for the next spin, letting it drift to a new position before the reels stop — up to 13 wilds can build up this way, though wilds from the triggering spin itself don't carry over. Stacked Wild Hold Up instead hands out 10 spins in which stacked wilds can appear on any reel and spin over to the next one, each stack counting as three individual wilds. A near-miss in the base game, with two scatters landing on reels one and three, can also send reel five into a respin for a shot at completing the trigger anyway.

Highway Legends leans on its Cash Collect mechanic to keep the base game active between free spins triggers, and the two selectable bonus rounds offer different rhythms: the roaming wilds build gradually across the longer round, while the stacked version front-loads its wild coverage into fewer spins.
