Stormcraft Studios built Immortal Romance 2 as a sequel to Games Global's long-running vampire romance, casting the four returning characters in a redesigned art style that leans more toward magical fantasy than straight gothic horror. The game runs on a 5-reel, 3-row grid paying across 243 ways, and a Bloodline meter fills over the course of 5,000 spins to unlock cosmetic music and skin options that have no bearing on bets or wins.

Card ranks 10 through A sit alongside a fountain, a gate and a book as the regular symbols, paying 1x to 2.5x the bet for five matching on a way, while the four story characters — Amber, Troy, Michael and Sarah — pay 3x to 4.5x. A wild appears on every reel and substitutes for any regular symbol, worth 5x the bet when five line up on their own. Rolling Reels clears each winning combination and lets new symbols fall in from above, continuing the chain until a spin produces no further win, and any wild formed during that sequence locks in place until the chain ends.

Wild Desire is the series' signature feature: landing two blood-drop symbols on reels 2 and 4 sends play to a single bonus spin on an expanded 5x4 grid worth 1,024 ways, where a fully wild reel is the goal. A companion multiplier for that spin climbs in half-point steps, prompted by single blood-drop symbols, up to 3x, applies only within Wild Desire, then re-rolls to a fresh starting value once the spin resolves. The feature can also be reached through a randomly triggered Jackpot Wheel, which otherwise pays one of four fixed jackpots tied to the characters: 5x-50x for Amber, 5x-75x for Troy, 10x-200x for Michael and 20x-1,500x the bet for Sarah, fed by gems collected from character symbols in the base game.

Three, four or five scatters pay 1x, 5x or 25x the bet and open a choice of four 12-spin free spins rounds, one per character, each retriggerable with further scatter hits. Amber's round stacks a wild multiplier by 3x per roll up to 18x; Troy's locks a wild reel on reel three that can grow its own multiplier up to 3x; Michael's syncs two to four reels so identical symbols land and roll together; Sarah's turns stacked mystery symbols into coin values of 1x to 25x behind a multiplier trail that climbs to 6x and resets each spin. Free spins can be bought outright for 100x the bet, and once 1,000 spins have been played, Wild Desire itself becomes purchasable at the same 100x cost, scaled by its own multiplier.

The default RTP is 96.3%, with 94.3% and 92.3% configurations also available, against high volatility, a 15,000x maximum win and bets running from 0.10 to 20 per spin.
