Jurassic World

Microgaming released Jurassic World in 2015 as its second Universal Pictures tie-in, following on from Jurassic Park. The reels sit inside the fenced grounds of the Isla Nublar theme park, framed by the high-security barriers meant to keep its genetically modified attractions contained. A 5x3 grid carries six dinosaur-themed low-pay symbols alongside four park staff from the film — Claire Dearing, Owen Grady, Vic Hoskins and Simon Masrani — as the premiums, paying between 3.16x and 6.66x the stake for five of a kind.

Wins are formed across 243 ways, with three or more matching symbols landing consecutively from the first reel. A stacked logo wild, ten symbols tall, substitutes for any regular pay and returns 8.33x the stake for a full line of five.

Two scatters in view aren't enough to trigger anything on their own, but they convert to wild to help complete a line. Landing three or more sends players to one of three locations around the island, each running a different bonus round; after the feature has fired fifteen times, the choice of location becomes the player's own rather than random.

Gyrosphere Valley hands out 10 free spins on an increasing multiplier trail that starts at x2 and climbs by one step on every non-winning spin up to x7, and can't finish on a loss. Creation Lab also runs for 10 spins, built around a Rolling Reels mechanic where winning symbols clear and new ones drop into their place for further chains, aided by Cryo wilds that stay locked on the grid for three wins. Raptor Den turns scatters into wilds for its 10 spins, and gathering three of them during the round adds five more spins on top.

A separate Indominus feature can fire on any base-game spin that lands a win of between 3x and 50x the stake, bringing the Indominus Rex onto the screen to lift that win as high as 1,000x the total bet.

The game returns an RTP of 95.45% at medium volatility, with stakes running from 0.30 up to 18 per spin and a maximum win of 14,000x the stake.
