Play'n GO released Lady of Fortune Destiny Spins on 6 August 2025, the third pass at a fortune-telling title that began in 2014 and was reworked once already as Lady of Fortune Remastered. Candles now outnumber skulls in the redesigned scene, and the mysterious fortune teller still watches the reels from behind the grid, her green eyes fixed on the player through every spin.

The grid runs 5x3 across 15 paylines, and Play'n GO builds in an unusual pay direction here: wins can complete left to right, right to left, or starting from the middle reel, so a single line has three ways to land rather than one. Stakes range from 0.01 to 90 per spin, with a hit frequency of roughly 1 in 4.06.

Eight symbols make up the paytable, drawn from the fortune teller's props rather than playing cards. A moon and a goblet sit at the lower end, a potion bottle and a book toward the top, with a set of scales, a crown-or-dagger piece and a ringed eyeball filling the middle tiers. Five matching symbols pay between 3.33x and 25x the stake depending on which one completes the line.

Four mechanics carry the game beyond the base paytable. Any spin that fails to pay carries a chance at the Pick Prize round, where turning over a card reveals an instant prize of 5x, 10x or 100x the stake. Wild symbols are confined to the middle reel and stand in for every other symbol except the scatter; landed during ordinary play, they can carry a multiplier of x2, x3 or x5 that applies to whichever line win they complete.

Three scattered symbols award 12 Destiny Spins, and three more appearing mid-round add a further six, up to a ceiling of 80 spins in total. Wild multipliers climb during the round, carrying values as high as x10 and down through x5, x4, x3 or x2 rather than the smaller base-game range. Once a spin pays out, the Gamble Feature offers a face-down card: call its colour correctly to double the win, or its suit to quadruple it, across up to five attempts or a cap of 165x the stake.
