Relax Gaming splits the reels in Magnetz into four separate 3x4 mini-grids, arranged around a sci-fi factory scene where four rocket-booster turbines fire symbols onto the board each spin. Twelve symbols land per grid, and clusters of five or more matching symbols anywhere within a single grid register a win.

Six regular symbols make up the paytable, topped by stars and hexagons as the higher payers, with diamonds, triangles, crescent moons and circles filling out the lower tier; a five-symbol cluster of any of them pays 0.5x to 1x the stake. A wild substitutes for any of them wherever it lands and carries its own random multiplier of 1x to 5x; when more than one wild appears within a winning cluster, their multipliers combine.

Between the four mini-grids sit four magnet icons, each revealing one of the six symbols at random on every spin. If five or more matching symbols land in a grid next to its magnet, a Flux Respin fires, and the respins keep going as long as new matches keep landing, a bonus symbol appears, or a fresh set of five symbols matches a different magnet. When two or more adjacent magnets show the same symbol, their grids merge into one larger board through the Magnetic Merge feature, making the next Flux Respin easier to trigger across the combined space. Landing clusters of 20 on a merged grid pays 15x to 200x the stake.

A word reading BONUS runs across the centre of the screen, and each bonus symbol that lands lights up one letter. Once every letter is lit, five free spins are awarded. The free spins round swaps the four mini-grids for two larger 9x3 grids, giving more room for Flux Respins and bigger clusters to land.
