Drifting runes and luminous stones fill the astral chamber that frames Medallion Megaways, credited to Fantasma Games (Alea) and driven by an Avalanche-based Megaways engine. Mystic gems, elemental stones and an all-seeing eye symbol move across the reels to an ambient, hypnotic soundtrack that builds toward every cascade and bonus trigger.

Medallion Megaways runs a 6x6 grid where the Megaways mechanic varies how many symbols sit on each reel from spin to spin, and matching symbols across adjacent reels trigger an Avalanche that clears the winning positions and drops new symbols into the empty spaces.

A Progressive Multiplier climbs with every consecutive Avalanche in a chain and applies to the spin's eventual win; once free spins are running, it keeps rising with each Avalanche even when a non-winning drop interrupts the sequence.

The Void Respin reworks up to ten random symbols on the grid, pulling them out of play and forcing a fresh Avalanche that can extend the multiplier chain further. An Expanding Wild Stone fills an entire reel on landing and carries a multiplier as high as 6x; when more than one appears in the same drop, their multipliers multiply together rather than simply adding up.

Landing the all-seeing eye symbol opens the free spins round, handing out 20 free spins with both the Void Respin and the Expanding Wild Stone active throughout, while the Progressive Multiplier continues to build with every Avalanche regardless of how the sequence unfolds, so a non-winning drop during the round no longer costs the accumulated multiplier the way it would in the base game.
