Dreamtech Gaming built Medusa: Fortune & Glory for Yggdrasil's YGS Masters program, setting its six reels and 4,096 ways against the Aegean coastline in a cartoon art style rather than a photorealistic one, backed by a traditional Greek-flavoured soundtrack.

Nine pay symbols fill the grid. Rocky 10-to-A icons make up the royals, while the premium tier is stocked with the Minotaur, a Hydra, a winged warthog and Pegasus — the first of those pays 10 times the stake for six of a kind and rewards even two matching symbols. A Medusa icon works as the wild, standing in for any of the regular pays.

Landing a Medusa Wild in either the base game or a bonus round carries a chance of triggering Spreading Wilds: each one can seed up to three Snake Wilds onto reels two through five, expanding wild coverage across the middle of the grid.

Three or more Parthenon-styled bonus symbols open a choice between two free-spin rounds. In the Fortune Feature, one of six chests reveals the free-spin count on offer — the options run 12, 40, 8, 30, 15 or 20 — and a second chest, picked from a fresh set of six, fixes the multiplier at x8, x2, x20, x5, x10 or x3; landing three bonus symbols again during the round adds another 10 spins.
