Reaching five houses on a single street, or landing on Chance, can open the Free Spins round, which starts at eight spins and grows depending on how many railway stations or five-house streets are already owned going in. A second trigger during the round itself tops the total up by three more spins, and any owned utilities apply a multiplier that rises 1x for each house that comes off a property while the round plays out. Mr Monopoly keeps travelling around the board for the whole of the bonus, with every square adding to the spin count, the multiplier, the ways available, or the properties in play. Everything built up during the round — houses, stations and utilities alike — clears once it ends, though all of it can be rebuilt again once the base game resumes.
