About Pixel Paws

AvatarUX leaned into a blocky, pixel-art look for Pixel Paws, filling the reels with jagged, retro-styled animals against a plain backdrop, and giving players a paintbrush icon that recolours the whole scene purely for cosmetic variety.

Symbols cascade down a 5x4 grid on Pixel Paws offering between 1,024 and 16,807 ways to win depending on how far the board has expanded, with a hit frequency of 28.80%. Volatility lands at the medium mark, stakes run from 0.10 to 50 per spin, and the game ships with three RTP settings topping out at 96.01%, alongside configurations of 94% and 90.53%. Card ranks 10 through Ace fill the low end of the paytable, a mouse, fish, bird, dog and cat make up the premiums, and a hamburger wild substitutes for every paying symbol; five-of-a-kind wins run 0.5x-1x the stake for the low cards and 2x-5x for the animal symbols.

A Loaded Reel sits beside the main grid, feeding one reward at a time into an empty Trigger Zone at its top as cascades push existing rewards and blank spaces upward. In the base game, a reward landing there can expand the Trigger Zone downward, expand the main reels upward by up to three rows, apply a multiplier to the win already on screen, upgrade several low-value symbols to higher-paying ones, or introduce a wild - including an oversized colossal version - that substitutes for anything except coin symbols.

Landing at least five coin symbols opens the Hold & Win round, where only coins and Loaded Reel rewards can appear on the grid. Coins carry values from 10 to 100 times the stake, or 500 to 5,000 for the rarer colossal coins, and stay locked in place between spins. Three lives start the round, each unproductive spin costs one, and any new coin landing refills them back to three while cascading into position and potentially triggering further coin drops. Loaded Reel rewards inside this round can upgrade visible coin values, hand out extra lives, or bring in a chest that collects every coin on the board - sometimes multiplying the total first - on top of the same grid and Trigger Zone expansions available in the base game.

An Xpress menu offers five paid entry points into Pixel Paws: a spin guaranteed to avoid blank Loaded Reel outcomes for 5x the stake, or a direct route into Hold & Win starting with 5, 6, 7 or 8 coins on progressively larger grids for 60x, 120x, 240x and 500x the stake respectively.
