Powerspin

Relax Gaming released Powerspin in July 2019 as a compact 3x3 grid title with five paylines, wrapped in an electronic, futuristic soundtrack rather than the fruit-machine tone its symbol set suggests. Lemons and cherries anchor the low end of a seven-symbol paytable, bells and lucky sevens fill the middle, and diamonds, batteries and a thunderbolt top it — the thunderbolt paying 6x the stake for three in a row and appearing only once a bonus round is running rather than in the base game. All seven symbols land fully stacked on the reels, and there is no wild anywhere in the mix.

Landing two complete reels of matching symbols triggers a Respin: those matching positions hold in place while the rest of the grid spins again, chasing a full-screen match. The best outcome from this stage alone is 30x the stake, paid for a screen filled with batteries. A full screen of any one matching symbol goes further, opening a five-segment Bonus Wheel. Landing on a numbered segment adds that value to a running multiplier, capped at 10x; landing on the wheel's red segment upgrades the symbol instead, improving the value of future matches. The round continues until the pointer lands on a blank grey segment or the multiplier reaches its ceiling, worth up to 300x the stake in total.

Relax Gaming has also built in its recurring Jackpot Star round, which can fire at random on any spin regardless of the outcome and awards one of six fixed jackpot prizes independently of the main game's respin and wheel mechanics.

Powerspin plays on a 96.84% RTP, medium volatility, and stakes from 10p up to €500 a spin, available on desktop and mobile browsers. With only two features tied to its symbol stacks, the format leans on the Bonus Wheel to deliver its bigger multipliers rather than free spins or a standalone bonus game, keeping a session built around one mechanic repeated at different scales until either the wheel runs dry or the jackpot round interrupts it.
