Reactoonz 2 is a high-volatility online slot from Play'n Go with an RTP of 96.20% and a maximum win of 5,083x.
Play'n GO built Reactoonz 2 as a sequel to one of its best-known grid slots, keeping the googly-eyed cast and 7x7 layout of the original while adding a second charge meter and reworking how its wilds behave. The game plays out over a plain blue backdrop with a brisk soundtrack, and two meter displays sit to the right of the grid, filling as cluster wins stack up.
Eight regular symbols make up the paytable, split into a one-eyed group and a higher-paying two-eyed group. A win forms whenever five or more matching symbols touch each other horizontally or vertically, and every winning cluster is cleared from the grid before new symbols tumble in to fill the gaps - a chain that keeps going for as long as fresh wins keep appearing. Clusters of 15 or more symbols hit the top of the paytable, worth between 3x and 500x the stake.
Wilds come in several forms. An uncharged wild appears after cascades but can't complete a winning cluster by itself; it only becomes useful once it upgrades into an electric wild, either by landing next to a win or through the Wild Pair Explosion feature described below. Once charged, electric wilds stand in for any of the paying symbols and clear out whatever else they touch on the grid, with every regular symbol they remove adding a charge to the Quantumeter. A single one-eyed symbol type gets picked at random every spin to fluctuate, and a win from it charges a separate meter called the Fluctometer; once that fills up, 1 to 3 electric wilds drop onto the grid.
The Quantumeter drives the game's biggest moments. Reaching 55, 85, 110 or 135 charges unlocks four progressively bigger effects: four single-cell Energoon wilds, then one larger Energoon wild, then a 3x3 Gargantoon wild, and finally a x2 multiplier applied to every win on the board including those from the Gargantoon. A triggered Gargantoon breaks apart into smaller wilds across further cascades rather than disappearing in one go. Once the other features have resolved, if two or more electric wilds remain in view, the Wild Pair Explosion clears the symbols sitting between and around them, feeding still more charge into the Quantumeter without paying out directly.
RTP is published at 96.2% by default, with alternate configurations down to 84.2% also in circulation, and volatility is rated high at 8 out of 10. The maximum win is 5,083x the stake, bets run from 0.20 to 100 per spin, and the layered meter system means a single spin can escalate through several feature stages before it's finished paying.
