I played Gods of Plinko in demo mode at $1 a spin and this one definitely kept me interested. The base game can be a little unpredictable because you can go through a few spins without much happening, then suddenly get a decent hit that changes the whole session.
I really like the Plinko-style theme because it gives the game something different compared with your usual slots. I had a few nice wins along the way and managed to keep the balance going without it disappearing straight away. It’s definitely the sort of slot where you keep saying “just one more spin” because you’re waiting to see if it finally kicks off.
The bonus
I tried the Gods of Plinko bonus in demo mode at a $1 bet size and this was easily where the game became much more interesting for me. The start wasn’t anything crazy and I actually thought I was heading for a pretty disappointing bonus because the first few results weren’t adding much to the total.
Then things finally started moving and I got a couple of much better hits that completely changed the run.
What I enjoyed most was the Plinko element because there’s that little bit of suspense while you’re waiting to see where everything ends up. It makes the feature feel more interactive than just watching a normal set of free spins play out. Every time it looked like something decent might happen I found myself watching the screen properly instead of just clicking through it.
By the end I’d managed to get a really solid result from the feature and it definitely rescued what had been a fairly average session beforehand. Obviously this was all played in demo mode, so there was no real money involved, but at a $1 bet size it was interesting seeing how quickly the numbers could climb once the feature actually started working in my favour.
There were still a few moments where absolutely nothing seemed to happen, but that made the bigger hits feel even better when they eventually landed. I’d definitely run this bonus again just to see how far the Plinko side of it can actually go.
