Blue Guru Games built its high-volatility release around Spring Heeled Jack, the folkloric predator said to have terrorised London from 1837 onward with impossible leaps and eyes lit red. The five-reel, three-row layout occupies a soot-stained corner of Victorian London, chimneys smoking over deserted cobbles beneath a heavy grey sky, while a brisk, almost detective-drama score keeps the mood playful rather than grim. Wins pay across 243 ways rather than fixed lines, landing at a 22.98% hit frequency.

Card-style royals fill the lower ranks of the paytable, while four character portraits — a startled woman, a detective, a uniformed officer, and Jack himself in the top spot — carry the bigger payouts. A five-symbol run of the royals returns between 0.3 and 0.6 times the bet, climbing to 1-2 times for the character set. There's no conventional wild here; instead, mystery tiles drop fully stacked onto reels two, three and four, then flip to copy whatever symbol occupies the reel to their immediate left, scatters included, effectively linking whole columns of the grid together.
