Hoagy's Alley in Manhattan is the location of Top Cat Most Wanted, Blueprint Gaming's return to the Hanna-Barbera cartoon that first aired in 1961. The gang lived among the garbage cans there, always hatching money-making schemes to the annoyance of Officer Dibble. A laid-back bossa nova track plays behind the five reels, which carry 10 fixed paylines, and the alley scenery is visible around the grid.

The paytable contains nine regular pay symbols and six Wanted cat symbols. The low end is made up of the 10 to A royals, with the six cats above them; any three cats on a payline pay. Fish bones, garbage bins, money bags and the logo form the top tier, paying between 50x and 200x the stake for five of a kind. Most symbols need three of a kind to pay.

The base game has no extra mechanics, since everything is in the bonus. Three or more bonus symbols in view start Double Trouble Free Spins: three give 10 spins, four give 15 and five give 20. Dibble appears as the wild during the round and substitutes for any pay symbol.
