Wild Chapo 2

Relax Gaming moves the action of the original Wild Chapo into a prison cell with Wild Chapo 2. The bars beneath the reels are the visible clue, and Chapo strolls past them now and then. The cartoon look from the first game returns, with a sombrero-topped cactus, a bucket dangling on a rope and plenty of small animated touches around the grid.

The board is six reels by three rows with 25 fixed paylines. Wins need at least three matching symbols running left to right from reel one. Volatility is rated 5 out of 5, and stakes go from 0.10 to 50 per spin. The standard RTP is 96.1%, and it rises to 96.5% when free spins are bought for 70x the bet. The maximum win is 20,000x.

The lowest-paying symbols are padlocks, one for each card suit. Higher up come three bottle designs, followed by a dog, an owl, a donkey and Chapo himself. Six of a kind on any paying symbol returns from 1x to 20x the bet.

Wild Re-spin drives the base game. A wild appearing on reels two to five inside a winning combination awards a re-spin, and re-spins keep coming until a win arrives that has no wild in it. During this sequence the wilds are semi-locked and show a number from 1 to 5, which is how many more wins they must join before being collected. When the count reaches zero, the wild is banked under its reel. Each extra wild banked on one reel lifts that reel's multiplier by one. After the re-spins end there is a Final Spin, where banked wilds stretch across their full reels. If a win contains more than one multiplier, the values are multiplied by each other.

Free spins start when three, four, five or six badge scatters show up, awarding 7, 10, 15 or 25 spins. Wilds that land stay in place through the round until they are collected or the Final Spin arrives. Every scatter that lands during the round gives one more spin. At the end, a Final Spin expands the collected wilds over the reels above them, carrying their multipliers into the wins.
