Wild Link Frenzy

Spinplay Games sends Wild Link Frenzy to an Alaskan river, where a fly fisherman stands against a mountain backdrop and the reels double as the water. It belongs to the studio's Wild Link series and reworks that line's signature mechanic around cash-prize fish. Released in January 2023, it runs 20 paylines at the start, and the count climbs to 40 when the reels grow taller.

The core feature is the Wild Link. A wild landing on the first reel nudges until it fills the whole reel. In the main game, up to three extra rows are added above reels 2 to 5; during free spins that allowance rises to six rows. Prize symbols sitting on reels next to the wild, moving outward from reel 2, pay out the cash value printed on them, and wilds can stand in for prize symbols in that chain. The total from one Wild Link can also be multiplied by 2 or 3 at random. Wilds appear on every reel and replace everything except the bonus symbol.

Fish Frenzy is a layer on top of it. If Frenzy Fish prize symbols are on screen when a Wild Link fires, they hand out several random prize values at once, with larger fish carrying larger amounts.

Three bonus symbols start 10 free spins. On each spin one reel other than the first is converted into a Wild Prize Reel that holds nothing but wild prize symbols. Collected fishermen build a trail: reaching 4, 8 and 12 of them adds 10 more spins each time and lifts a win multiplier that tops out at 10x on all wins.

The Pick feature can interrupt any base game spin or Wild Link round when jumping fish appear. The player chooses pools and needs three matching icons to land a Mini, Minor, Major or Mega prize, with the Mega worth 5,000x. Pick cannot occur inside free spins.

A buy option costs 110x the stake and opens the Epic version of free spins, which starts with two to five fishermen already collected. Four or five of them bring 10 extra spins immediately and a 2x starting multiplier. Availability may vary by bet level or market.

The RTP is 96.43%, with a lower 94.17% setting also in circulation. Volatility is high, the hit frequency is 27.34%, stakes run from 0.20 to 50, and the top win is capped at 5,000x.
