NetEnt stages Demon Beats as a rock band against a temple full of demons. The four musicians play on regardless, first in front of a doorway guarded by a horned figure with glowing eyes, then inside a lit, columned hall during free spins, with an angular, Asian-influenced look and short cut scenes. It is listed for release on 14 October 2026.

The board is five reels by four rows. Wins pay and then disintegrate, new symbols drop in, and the sequence repeats until nothing more connects. Six symbols appear: four low-pay animals (rats, snakes, monkeys and warthogs) and two high-pay symbols, a tiger and a dragon. Five low pays return 1x to 2x the bet and five high pays return 4x to 10x. RTP is 96.08% by default, with 94.04% and 92.07% as lower alternatives. Volatility is high, the maximum win is 10,000x and stakes run from 0.20 to 50.

Wilds expand across their whole reel. If a colossal symbol is on that reel it becomes a colossal wild, and a Wild expanding over another Wild gains a 2x multiplier, which rises by one for each further overlap up to 10x. Five Wilds in a win pay 10x. Colossal symbols are 2x2, never share a reel with scatters, super scatters, other colossals or Battle symbols, and when one is part of a win, every matching symbol on the reels is cleared along with it. A losing spin makes colossals and their matches explode.

A multiplier ladder sits beneath the reels. In the base game it runs 1x, 2x, 4x, 8x, 16x, 32x, moving up on each win or exploding colossal and resetting on the next spin. In free spins the ladder is 1x, 4x, 16x, 64x, 256x, 1024x and resets when a spin has no win. Super free spins use the same ladder without ever resetting. A Multiplier Upgrade can trigger after the first base-game spin and switch the ladder to the free spins values.

Battle symbols can land in any phase. If one lands on a non-winning spin with no colossals present, the Battle feature starts, and up to 2 colossal symbols or 3 Wilds land to cover it; the feature ends once the symbol is covered.

Three to six scatters award 8, 10, 12 or 14 free spins, and including a super scatter gives super free spins. More scatters inside either round add 3 to 6 spins.
