More than a decade after the original Gonzo's Quest introduced NetEnt's avalanche engine to the market, Gonzo's Quest 2 sends the same conquistador back into the jungle. The character has already returned in other forms before this direct sequel — a live-casino spin-off called Gonzo's Treasure Hunt, the cluster-pays Gonzo's Gold, and a Megaways adaptation of the original — and now gets a proper follow-up. The setting keeps the lush South American backdrop and the buildings visible behind the grid, with Gonzo standing beside the reels reacting to the action as before.

The play area starts at 6 reels by 4 rows and can grow to 6x8, generating anywhere from 4,096 up to 262,144 ways to win as it expands.
