We have opened Heartbreakers once on 23 Jun 2026 on stream and logged the result. The best of them paid 13× the bet. That is too few open to say anything about how the game behaves — it is a record of what happened on that occasion, nothing more.

Pragmatic Play sets Heartbreakers in a cabaret-and-saloon setting, complete with a piano-led soundtrack and a Wild West-flavoured cast of performers working a 5x4 grid across 20 paylines, where three, four or five matching symbols in a row form a win.

Card royals from 10 through Ace fill the low end of the paytable, paying 1x to 1.5x the stake for five of a kind, while antlers, glasses, boots and two character symbols sit at the top, worth 4x to 50x. A wild heart appears on every reel, substitutes for any paying symbol, and pays 100x the stake on its own for a full line of five.

Sitting above the grid is a row of five multiplier values, each reset randomly between x1 and x100 on every spin, and three collect symbols interact with that row in different ways. A Green Collect multiplies its own symbol value by whatever multiplier sits above its reel; a Red Collect instead multiplies the reel's existing multiplier by a further x2 to x10; and a Yellow Collect gathers every value currently showing across the whole row and adds the total onto the multiplier on its own reel. Landing three scatters opens the Respin Feature: the five multipliers reset to x1 each, the grid switches to producing only Green, Red, Yellow and blank symbols, and every respin that lands at least one collect symbol resets the counter back to three remaining. By the time the feature runs out, the five reel multipliers are added together and paid out as a single multiplier applied to the stake.

Two optional stakes sit alongside the base bet. An ante bet raises the wager to three times normal in exchange for a five-times-higher chance of triggering the Respin Feature, while a Super Spin option at ten times the stake guarantees every multiplier on the special row starts at a minimum of x10 — though the Respin Feature itself can't trigger from a Super Spin, only from natural or purchased scatters. Buying in directly costs 100x the stake for a standard respins trigger, or 500x for a 'super' version that raises the odds of collect symbols landing and sets the Green Collect's minimum value to 5x.

Heartbreakers runs at low volatility with a default RTP of 96.53%, alongside lower 95.53% and 94.55% configurations that some markets may use instead. Stakes go from 0.20 to 240 per spin, hit frequency lands around once in every 5.61 spins, and the maximum win is capped at 10,000x the stake — reached through the reel-multiplier row stacking as high as it can before the Respin Feature runs dry.
