Push Gaming staged Masked Mayhem inside a lucha libre wrestling ring, running colourful, personality-driven fighter symbols across a 5x5 grid with 50 fixed paylines that pay left to right from the first reel. Stakes span 0.10 to 100 per spin.

Ten symbols fill the paytable: royals from ten to ace pay 1x the stake for five in a row, while guacamole, corn, tacos and three named luchadores pay between 2.5x and 15x for the same. A wild appears on every reel, substitutes for any paying symbol, and matches the top luchador's payout when it completes a line on its own.

The Win Zone drives the base game — an overlay that can appear anywhere from a 2x2 patch up to the full 5x5 grid, paying out any Instant Prize tile it covers. Those instant values run 0.2x to 1,000x the stake in normal play.

Three, four or five scatters award 6, 8 or 10 free spins, and the reels narrow during the round to four symbol types: scatters, Instant Prize tiles, Jackpot icons and blank duds. Five tiers sit behind the feature: Mini pays 10x the stake, Minor climbs to 50x, Major reaches 250x, Mega hits 1,000x and Grand tops out at 2,500x, with each one building on its own meter that resets once collected so it can be won again. Players can also skip straight into the round through a Feature Buy priced at 60x the stake.
