Nice Catch 2 DoubleMax

Yggdrasil Gaming moved Nice Catch 2 DoubleMax from the beach of its predecessor into open water, swapping the original coastal setting for a pale-blue underwater scene and adding a Diverwoman character alongside the returning Fisherman. The sequel also grows the reel set from five columns to six, while keeping the ascending multiplier strip along the top of the grid that made the earlier DoubleMax games recognisable.

Play runs on a 6-reel, 3-row grid across 729 ways to win, with stakes from 0.10 to 40 per spin. Card-suit symbols — clubs, diamonds, spades and hearts — fill the low end of the pay table, while an oxygen tank, flippers, a camera and a pair of goggles carry the premium payouts; fish-shaped money symbols pay out separately whenever enough of them line up.

Fish symbols can stack on any reel and carry values from 1x to 100x the stake; when a Fisherman symbol lands on reel five, every visible fish value is collected in the Catching Fish feature. Landing fish consecutively from the first reel across to the right unlocks the DoubleMax multiplier, which has no upper limit and applies to the whole spin's winnings. Four or more scatters open the Free Spins round, awarding 20 free spins, and Free Spins Gamble lets players risk the round for a bigger starting count before it begins. Inside the round, a Fisherman or Diverwoman landing adds an extra spin and doubles the DoubleMax multipliers above the reels, and while scatters don't appear during the feature, Hold & Spin can still trigger from within it — entered by landing a Chest together with a Diverwoman, which only appears on the sixth reel, for three spins that reset whenever a new Chest locks in or another Diverwoman lands, with the Diverwoman also doubling whatever multiplier is in play.

Buying in costs 100x the stake for a shot at three or more scatters landing, or 500x for a guaranteed 20 free spins outright. Yggdrasil rates the default build at 96% RTP, with three lower configurations down to 87% also available, alongside high volatility and a maximum win of 10,000x the stake.
