Bang Bang Games released Pharaoh's Gaze DoubleMax on 23 February 2023, building it around the DoubleMax multiplier system the studio previously used in earlier titles developed alongside Yggdrasil. An optional Bonus Boost raises the stake by 25% in exchange for doubling the odds of triggering the free spins feature, sitting alongside four selectable RTP configurations topping out at 96.1%, with 94.1%, 90.5% and 86.0% available underneath.

The grid runs 5 reels by 3 rows across 20 paylines, populated by eight paying symbols split into four lower-value card icons and four higher-value symbols — three Egyptian deity figures plus a throne. Five of a kind on a low pays 1x the stake; the four high symbols pay between 2x and 5x for the same line length. A wild symbol can land on any of the five reels and substitutes for every symbol except the scatter.

Wins clear from the board under the Dropdown Feature, with the vacated cells refilled from above and a wild dropped into one of the winning positions before the next symbols arrive, letting a single spin chain through several dropdowns. Each dropdown win doubles a running multiplier under the DoubleMax system, which resets once a spin's chain of drops stops producing further wins in the base game.

A separate layer tracks wilds through five pharaoh heads positioned above the reels, each collecting Pharaoh Gems that land randomly on the grid.
