Snowborn built Pile 'Em Up for Games Global's platform, setting a forest scene behind transparent reels where stacks of round green fruit line the base of the screen and a soft chime marks every landing symbol. The five-reel, three-row grid runs on 20 fixed paylines, and a win needs three or more matching symbols connected from the leftmost reel outward. Plums, watermelons, lemons and strawberries fill the lower end of the pay table at 1 to 3.75 times the stake for five in a row, while blue, green, yellow and red gems reach 12 to 20 times the bet. A wild appears on every reel, standing in for any regular symbol and paying out at up to 111 times the bet for five across a line, well above the top gem.

A Coin Booster multiplier runs through every part of the game, beginning each session at x1 and climbing by one step whenever a 1UP symbol lands, to a ceiling of x10; the value is tied to the current bet size.
