Release the Bison

Pragmatic Play sets Release the Bison in an outdoor mountain and meadow scene, playing out on a 5-reel, 4-row grid with 20 fixed paylines. Stakes run from 0.20 to 240 per spin, and the default RTP is 97.49%, with 96.54% and 95.48% configurations also available. Volatility is rated high at 5 out of 5, the hit frequency sits around 1 in 3.45, and the maximum win is 3,000x the bet.

Lower-value 10-through-A card ranks fill out the paytable alongside four animal-character symbols as the premiums; a five-symbol royal line pays 0.5x to 1.5x the bet, and a five-symbol premium line pays 2x to 10x. Bison wild symbols appear on every reel, substitute for the regular symbols, and pay up to 12.5x the bet for a five-wild line.

An optional Ante Bet adds 50% to the stake for a better chance of triggering free spins. In the base game, landing four or more wild symbols starts a Wild Respins sequence: every wild on the grid roams to a new random position after each respin, wins are paid between respins, and any new wild that lands both adds another respin and raises a running multiplier by 1. Scatters landing during this sequence are collected up to five, and reaching three collected scatters by the end sends play straight into free spins.

A separate mechanic can convert a random non-winning base-game spin into a paying one worth 10x to 40x the bet.

Landing three or more scatters also triggers free spins directly, and landing exactly two scatters can trigger a respin on the reels without a scatter, with a third scatter appearing there still sending the game into the round. A wheel decides the starting spin count and multiplier based on how many scatters triggered it: three scatters award 8 to 18 spins with a x1 to x5 multiplier, four scatters award 8 to 18 spins at x2 to x5, and five scatters award 10 to 18 spins at x3 to x5. During the round, any wild that lands becomes a roaming wild that stays on the grid until the round ends, moving to a new position between spins and being added to a collection meter. From the fifth collected wild onward, each additional one adds another free spin and raises the multiplier by 1, up to a maximum of 10 collected wilds.

A Feature Buy option lets players pay into the free spins round directly: 80x the bet for a three-scatter trigger at a 96.55% RTP, 150x for a four-scatter trigger at 96.57%, or 300x for a five-scatter trigger at 96.51%.
