Nolimit City sets Serial in a bloodied, dimly lit bathroom, built around a masked antagonist known as the Bodycam Butcher who blends slasher horror with grim body-cam footage aesthetics. The tone leans into disturbing imagery rather than anything family-friendly, and the lighting and set dressing shift depending on which phase of play is active.

The base grid runs five reels by three rows, delivering 243 ways to win, with wins forming across adjacent reels from left to right. Low-value symbols are five sinister objects, while the premiums move through bones, a terrified woman, a bloodied doctor figure, a police officer, and the Bodycam Butcher himself as the top symbol.
