AvatarUX frames Spinxiety around a theme of unwanted, escalating attention, with a fixed, watching figure visible in the base-game reels and the same character shown peering through a door during the bonus round.

Play takes place on a 6x3 grid with 729 ways to win in the base game, expanding during the bonus feature. Stakes run from 0.10 to 300, and an optional ante bet raises the base stake by 50% in exchange for doubling the chance of triggering the bonus. Cut-out ransom-note letters J, Q, K and A serve as the low-paying symbols, worth 0.8x the stake for six of a kind. The higher-value symbols are five outfitted versions of the same obsessive character, paying 0.9x to 1x the stake for a six-symbol line. A wild symbol substitutes for every regular paying symbol on the grid.

Creeping Wilds can land on the bottom row of specific reels in the base game; any win that includes one grants a respin, up to three in total. At the start of each respin there's a chance for existing wilds to expand one position further up their reel, to gain an added multiplier, or both at once.

Landing 3, 4, 5 or 6 scatters opens the Bonus Game with 5, 6, 7 or 8 free spins respectively. The playing area grows to four rows and 4,096 ways for the round, wilds that land become sticky, and sticky wilds can continue to expand or gain multipliers as the spins continue. A Door Knock event can trigger at any point, multiplying the value of existing wild multipliers by 2x or 3x, and on the final spin of the round there's a chance for a Go Away symbol to appear and award the round's maximum win outright. Any scatter landed during the bonus adds one further free spin.
