Red Tiger sets Spooky Carnival in a pumpkin patch long after the fairground itself packed up and left, cobweb-draped reels sharing the screen with a glowing-eyed pumpkin, a perched crow, a bone-white skull, and a tapered witch hat for atmosphere.

Play takes place on a 5x3 grid across 10 fixed paylines, with wins forming left to right starting from the first reel. Nine regular symbols fill the paytable: five Halloween-styled card ranks from ten through ace as the low end, with an apple, a hammer, a cauldron, and a blue potion bottle forming the four higher-value icons. Coins collected past a full meter don't disappear — they roll over and sit on the meter again for the next spin.

Three scatters landing on reels one, three, and five open a round of 10 free spins, during which the scatter symbol stops appearing entirely. Whatever coins were sitting on the meter when the round started carry into it, and any symbol type already converted to wild keeps converting on every spin for as long as the free spins last. Filling the meter again inside the round adds three further spins; if that happens on what would be the final spin, the round simply continues and draws the next spin from the extra total already banked. Coins still sitting on the meter when the free spins run out carry back into the base game rather than being lost.
