Toro 911 is a high-volatility online slot from ELK Studios with an RTP of 94.00% and a maximum win of 10,000x.
Toro 911 marks the return of ELK Studios' bull, who arrived in December 2025 as a lawman in dark glasses and flashing lights. He patrols a rotten, seedy city where Mayor Diaz and his Matador goons hold power, and every time he charges the villains off the reels, wilds are left where he passed.
The board has seven rows across five reels and pays 421 ways. Symbols must touch side by side or corner to corner, counting from the leftmost reel. Royals from J to A share the paytable with handcuffs, badges, oranges and flowers. A five-symbol win is worth 0.3x to 0.45x for the royals and 1x to 5x for the premiums. Every wild variety can replace a normal pay symbol, and a whole line of wilds pays at the top symbol's rate.
Toro only ever appears on the final reel. If he is the sole character in play, he marches leftward one row per step, and each step earns a respin until he leaves the grid at reel 1. Charging Matadors or Diaz leaves a wild in every position he crosses; a wild he runs over converts to a x2 multiplier wild, or rises by 1 when it already carried a multiplier.
Diaz is a sticky wild. He stays put until the spin finishes or Toro removes him, brings at least one Matador along when he lands, and pushes up the multiplier on every Matador during the respins. Matadors are multiplier wilds starting at x2. Each new arrival earns a respin, and in respins they either shift position or switch off. As long as a single Matador is left, more respins keep coming.
Toro Goes Wild happens when Matadors share the grid with Toro but Diaz is absent. Toro removes them in turn. The first Matador he knocks out gives Toro a multiplier wild status equal to its value, and every further knockout adds to that figure.
Once Diaz and Toro are on the reels together, Clean the Streets begins. Diaz produces at least one Matador, Toro clears them out, then turns on Diaz. Either Diaz is knocked out, which ends the round, or he slips to another spot and a respin continues it.
The X-iter menu sells entry to the features. Feature Hunt costs 2.5x the bet and raises the chance of Toro Goes Wild or Clean the Streets to more than three times normal, while the Elevated Feature Hunt costs 5x for over five times. A guaranteed Diaz arrives with Diaz Drop at 10x, a guaranteed Toro Goes Wild with Feature Spin at 25x, and a guaranteed Clean the Streets with Super Feature Spin at 100x.
The published RTP is 94%, and that applies to plain spins and X-iter purchases alike. Volatility is 7 on a 10-point scale, a win shows up about once every four spins (24%), the top prize is 10,000x, and bets run 0.20 to 100.

Toro 911 has an RTP (return to player) of 94.00%. RTP is the theoretical percentage of total stakes a slot returns to players over a very large number of spins, as published by ELK Studios — individual sessions can land far above or below it.
Toro 911 is rated high volatility. High-volatility slots pay out less often, but wins tend to be bigger when they land — expect longer dry spells and larger swings to your balance.
