Play'n GO sets Triple Tumblin' Totems on a tropical island of totems, elemental spirits and a volcano that sleeps through the base game and erupts, spilling lava, once free spins begin. The base grid is 5x3 with 243 ways to win, though the reels can grow, up to 1,024 ways in the base game and up to 3,125 ways on a 5x5 grid during free spins. Winning symbols are removed by tumbling reels, new symbols fall in, and the cascades continue until nothing more pays.

Play'n GO ships the top setting at 96.2% and lists four lower ones: 94.2%, 91.2%, 87.2% and 84.2%. Volatility is medium/high, stakes run from 0.10 to 100, and wins cap at 5,000x. The low pays are the ten-to-ace ranks, at 0.3x to 0.5x for five of a kind, and a middle tier of tribal objects such as shells and masks pays 0.8x to 1.5x for five. Wilds substitute for everything except scatters, appear on all five reels, and pay 5x when five wilds make up a winning combination.

The scatters are Fire Spirits in green, blue and red, with up to one per reel stop. Each is collected by its matching Tiki Totem, and collecting one can trigger a Totem Blessing, which awards 2-3 wilds. Green brings Expand, where on every cascade the affected reel grows by one position, reaching four rows. Blue brings Transform, which leaves a Bronze frame where symbols were removed and turns the frames into instant prizes of 0.5x to 5x after the cascades end. Red brings Multiplier, which adds x1 multipliers on the reels where winning symbols were removed, up to x5, applied to ways wins but not to instant prizes.

Free spins are earned from consecutive cascades in the base game: 4 give Fire Spins, 5 give Blaze Spins and 8 give Inferno Spins, with the highest tier reached being awarded. Each round holds 7 spins. Before they start, the Totem Blessings Wheel grants one random enhanced Blessing for Fire Spins and two for Blaze Spins, while Inferno Spins has all three active. Every non-winning free spin adds one sticky wild, and sticky wilds used in a win are removed. Three or more consecutive cascades add an extra spin, up to 12 spins, or up to 19 when Expand is active and in Inferno Spins.

The enhanced Blessings are stronger. Expand grows reels by up to 2 positions each, and reels do not reset. Transform frames upgrade from Bronze to Silver to Gold as more symbols are removed, paying 1x to 2x, 2x to 5x and 5x to 10x at the round's end. Multiplier steps from x1 to x2 per reel and can total up to x10, persisting throughout the free spins.
