Beam Boys

What Beam Boys has actually done in our bonus hunts

We have opened Beam Boys 15 times across 15 separate bonus hunts between 26 May 2026 and 28 Sep 2026 and recorded every result. Across those 15 opens the median result was 63.7× the bet, against 50× for every slot in our recorded dataset. The biggest single result we have recorded on it is 559.5×. 4 of those 15 opens were 100× or better. 15 opens is a small sample and describes only these recorded sessions — it is not this slot's RTP and it does not predict what your next bonus will do.

Cats firing laser beams from their eyes drive the wild mechanic in Hacksaw Gaming's Beam Boys, rendered in the monochrome art style the studio has used across several of its recent releases, here picked out in blue or orange depending on which volatility setting is active. A toggle lets players choose between Normal volatility, rated 2 out of 5 with a 96.35% RTP, and Extreme, rated 5 out of 5 with RTP at 96.26%; hit frequency runs 35.75% on Normal against 33.11% on Extreme. The game uses a ways-to-win system across a 6x4 grid rather than fixed paylines, with a claimed 6,561 ways and wins formed by matching symbols landing on adjacent reels from the left. Stakes run from 0.10 to 100.

Greyed-out 10-A card ranks sit at the bottom of the paytable below a dead mouse, dead bird, dead fish, rabbit and snake, with six matching royals paying 0.5x the stake and six matching premiums paying 0.8x-2x. The Laser Cat wild can land on reels 2 through 6 and, when it does, fires a beam left across its entire row that turns every position along it wild as well; the wild symbol substitutes for all regular pays throughout.

Three scatters award 5 free spins, four scatters return 10, five scatters climb to 20, and the full six scatters unlock 40, with Laser Cats appearing more frequently once the round is underway; hitting 2 or 3 scatters during the spins tacks on a further 2 or 4 respectively.

Four feature-buy options are on offer across both volatility settings. A 5x BonusHunt purchase makes bonus games ten times more likely to trigger. A 50x Wide Spectrum buy guarantees at least one Laser Cat landing somewhere on reels 2 to 6, while a pricier 200x Narrow Spectrum buy narrows that guarantee to reels 4 through 6. The 110x Photonic Fur Bonus buys straight into the free spins round itself, and each of the four options carries its own small RTP variation depending on which volatility mode is selected. Maximum win on Beam Boys is 12,500x the stake.
