Hacksaw Gaming pits two pixelated fighters against each other across the reels of Fist of Destruction, and clicking the small portrait icons above the grid lets players pick which pair of warriors square off. Landing a Fist symbol sets off almost everything that follows, growing into a wild reel and often carrying a hefty multiplier along with it.

Play runs on a 5-reel, 4-row grid with 14 paylines and stakes from 0.10 to 100, wins reading left to right from the first reel. A Fist symbol grows out of its position to fill the top of its reel whenever that would complete a win, turning the whole reel wild. Fists belong to either the Red or Blue team, and if one punches through an opposing Fighter symbol or a wild, it picks up a multiplier of 2x to 200x applied to every win it's part of — multiple Fist reels sharing a win have their multipliers added together first. Landing three FS scatters opens the Throwdown! Bonus, 10 free spins in which Red and Blue keep fighting for Victory Points each time a Fist punches through the opposing side; three points trigger an Epic Drop respin guaranteeing a set number of that team's Fist symbols land — three at Victory Level 3, rising to a full five reels at Level 5 — and bumps the team's level up a notch. Extra scatters landing mid-round add two or four further spins. Four FS scatters instead open the Ultimate Throwdown! Bonus, the same format but with both teams starting at Victory Level 4.
