Push Gaming treats Hearts Highway as a spin on the instant-prize scatter format the studio already explored in 10 Swords, dressing five reels and three rows of classic fruit-machine symbols — grapes, limes, watermelons, cherries, BARs, bells and sevens — in a hazy, retro-futuristic look set to a synth soundtrack, with 20 fixed paylines running through the grid.

A diamond wild appears on every reel, substituting for any regular symbol or sharing the seven's payout when it completes a wild line, and five matching symbols along a payline pay between 3.5x and 30x the stake.
