There is nothing to trigger in the base game itself; every feature is reserved for a two-stage free spins round, unlocked when three, four or five wild symbols land together on a single spin. Three wilds pay out between five and eight free spins, four wilds between eight and eleven, and five between eleven and fifteen, with the exact number picked at random. During this first stage, each triggering wild marks the grid position it lands on, and any further wild landing on an already-marked spot upgrades that mark, up to five times. A fresh set of three, four or five simultaneous wilds during the round adds another random batch of spins on the same scale.

Once the awarded spins run out, a second stage begins automatically: two to five extra free spins are granted, and every marked position from the first stage is filled with a sticky wild carrying a multiplier of up to 5x based on how far that position was upgraded. Multiple multipliers on the same win are added together rather than multiplied, sticky wilds pay the same as an ordinary wild, and this closing stage cannot be triggered a second time.
