Elk Studios sets Propaganda in a bleak, dystopian scene: masked, huddled figures stand against a crumbling, barbed-wire wall while surveillance cameras look on, giving the game a tone closer to social commentary than typical slot art. Play takes place across a 6-reel, 3-row grid using a cluster pays system, where matching symbols connecting vertically or horizontally anywhere on the grid form a win, rather than fixed paylines.

The paytable pairs low-value icons, flowers, globes and a dove among them, with premium symbols built around megaphones, pistols, hand grenades and bombs, the latter paying out far more heavily for larger clusters. A regular wild substitutes for any paying symbol, and multiplier wild versions also appear on the grid, applying their own value to a winning cluster before a separate running multiplier is added on top.

Every win clears the connected symbols through an Avalanche feature, dropping new ones in to fill the space and placing a wild into one of the emptied positions; the process repeats for as long as new wins keep forming. Each avalanche also adds the size of that cluster to a total multiplier carried through the rest of the current drop sequence, which resets once the drops stop. A Wild Strike can additionally turn ordinary paying symbols into wilds or multiplier wilds at random when it activates.

Landing three bonus symbols opens the Bonus Game, awarding 7 free drops in which the running multiplier no longer resets between avalanches, and extra drops are added whenever flag symbols appear. If a Super bonus symbol lands alongside two regular bonus symbols instead, the round upgrades to the Super Bonus Game, where a guaranteed Wild Strike variant fires on every drop for a stronger run of conversions. Outside of a natural trigger, an X-iter menu offers several paid ways into the game at fixed multiples of the stake, ranging from a doubled-chance mode through guaranteed Wild Strike drops up to buying the Bonus Game or Super Bonus Game outright.

RTP is published at 95% against high volatility, whether played normally or through the X-iter menu, the maximum win reaches 10,000 times the stake, and bets run from 0.20 to 100 per spin.
