About Miami Mayhem

What Miami Mayhem has actually done in our bonus hunts

We have opened Miami Mayhem 45 times across 45 separate bonus hunts between 24 May 2026 and 26 Sep 2026 and recorded every result. Across those 45 opens the median result was 84.7× the bet, against 50× for every slot in our recorded dataset. The biggest single result we have recorded on it is 672.7×. 20 of those 45 opens were 100× or better. These figures describe only the sessions we recorded — they are not this slot's RTP and they do not predict what your next bonus will do.

Miami Mayhem takes Hacksaw Gaming's players through a pastel-toned, crime-ridden vision of the city, playing out on a 5x4 grid with 14 fixed paylines as the setting escalates from a street-level opening scene through increasingly serious hideouts.

Ten-to-Ace card ranks sit at the bottom of the paytable, worth 1x the bet for five in a row, ahead of five higher-value symbols -- a knuckle duster, a drink, a mechanical device and two named crew characters -- that return 3x to 10x for a five-symbol combination. Wild symbols, whether standard or full-reel, can substitute for any paying symbol and are worth 10x the stake for a line of five.

Each of Miami Mayhem's five reels is linked to one of five crew members, and landing a Crew symbol that contributes to a win expands it to cover the whole reel, turning every position on that reel wild. An expanded Crew Reel can also carry a multiplier between x2 and x100, and multipliers from more than one expanded reel landing in the same win are added together. A separate Wanted symbol starts a Mission: a Wanted Level Bar appears, a random high-pay symbol becomes that mission's target, and three respins begin. Landing a win on the target symbol during those respins completes the mission, raises the Wanted Level by at least one step, and resets the respin count to three with a fresh target -- the level caps at 5, and each step upward raises the guaranteed minimum multiplier on any expanded Crew Reel, running from wild-only at level 0 to a guaranteed x25 once level 5 is reached. If the respins run out before the target symbol lands, the mission fails and the Wanted Level drops back to zero.

Three scatters open The Hit, 10 free spins that keep the Wanted Level progressing throughout and start with a mission already active from the first spin, though without its usual respins. Four scatters instead trigger We Split, also 10 free spins, adding a Mayhem Bar with one storage slot per reel: any expanded Crew Reel involved in a win gets stored in its reel's slot, and once the final spin ends, every stored reel reactivates together at once in a bonus Crew Spin scaled to the Wanted Level reached. A third round, reachable only through natural play rather than a direct buy, requires five scatters, guarantees a Crew symbol on every spin and holds the Wanted Level at its ceiling for the whole bonus. Extra scatters landing inside The Hit or We Split add further spins.

The feature buy screen covers several price points: cheaper options improve the odds of triggering any bonus or guarantee that Crew Reels or a Wanted symbol appear on the very next spin, while the higher-priced entries buy straight into The Hit or We Split.

Miami Mayhem tops out at a 15,000x maximum win with a 4-out-of-5 volatility rating and a 33% hit frequency, running four RTP configurations up to 96.35%, on bets from 0.10 to 100 per spin.
