About Rad Maxx

What Rad Maxx has actually done in our bonus hunts

We have opened Rad Maxx 6 times across 6 separate bonus hunts between 6 Aug 2026 and 27 Sep 2026 and recorded every result. Across those 6 opens the median result was 78.55× the bet, against 50× for every slot in our recorded dataset. The biggest single result we have recorded on it is 501.8×. 2 of those 6 opens were 100× or better. 6 opens is a small sample and describes only these recorded sessions — it is not this slot's RTP and it does not predict what your next bonus will do.

Hacksaw Gaming reunites its scrapping RIP City duo, Ro$$ the cat and Maxx the mouse, for this omnidirectional follow-up, swapping the earlier game's expanding wilds for four directional pay arrows framing a 5x5 grid. The neon-green, near-monochrome look echoes releases such as Slayers Inc and Chaos Crew 2, and the grid runs 76 paylines.

What makes Rad Maxx unusual is how a payline gets read. A single arrow on the left stays switched on by default, so most spins resolve the ordinary way, left to right. Landing a Wild Plus symbol flips on between one and three of the remaining arrows before that spin's wins are counted, letting matches also form right to left, top to bottom, or bottom to top across the same positions — every arrow resets once the reels spin again.

Grey playing-card values from 10 up to Ace fill the foot of the paytable. Above them come four food-and-mouse icons — fish bones, a pizza slice, an apple core and Maxx's own likeness — worth 5x to 10x the stake for a full line, while five matching royals pay a flat 2x. Wild symbols cover every regular position on the reels and return 10x on their own for five in a row.

Crazy Cat wild multipliers carry values from x2 to x20 and lift whichever win they touch; land two or more within the same combination and their values multiply together before the payout is calculated. Scatter counts decide which of three free spins rounds fires: three FS symbols opens Mad Maxx, ten spins with a lifted chance of Wild Plus symbols and any Crazy Cat sticking to the grid for the round's length; four scatters instead opens Maxximice, the same shape but with a Wild Plus guaranteed every spin; and five scatters unlocks To The Maxx, which keeps all four direction arrows switched on for the entire bonus. Inside any of the three, catching two or three more FS symbols tops the round up by two or four spins.

Four bonus-buy options let players skip ahead: tripling the stake makes a natural trigger five times likelier, a 50x purchase guarantees both a Wild Plus symbol and three Crazy Cats on the next spin, and Mad Maxx or Maxximice can be bought outright for 100x or 200x respectively. Rad Maxx carries a high-volatility rating of 4 out of 5, a 40% hit frequency, and tops out at 12,500x the bet, with a headline RTP of 96.32% at default stakes — three lower RTP settings of 94.42%, 92.40% and 88.33% are also configured.
