A trio of blade-wielding factions face off in Slayers Inc, Hacksaw Gaming's noir cyberpunk take on its DuelReels mechanic, first seen in Wanted Dead or a Wild, paired here with the studio's Best of Bonus format. Five spray-painted shapes make up the low pays, worth 1x the stake for five in a row, while ninja stars, skulls, two rival characters and a dragon-type figure sit as the high pays, paying 3x to 10x for the same length. A wild symbol can land on any of the game's six reels and substitutes for every paying symbol, matching the top payout when it fills a line of five across the 14 active paylines on the 6x4 grid.

Slayers Inc's DuelReels feature turns on the VS symbol. When one lands and expands, it swallows its whole reel and stages a clash between two slayer characters, each carrying its own multiplier; whichever wins hands that value — anywhere from x2 to x500 — to the entire reel, which also flips wild in the process. Where more than one duel contributes to the same win, their multipliers are added together first. Landing a VS symbol on every reel at once turns the entire grid wild in one go.

Three scatter counts open three separate bonus rounds. Three FS scatters trigger Rise of the Syndicate, ten free spins with an increased chance of VS symbols landing; four scatters instead open Wild Slayers, which adds the Slicer mechanic — a chance for a full row of wilds to appear on a random row whenever a VS lands; and five scatters unlock One Slayer to Slay Them All, which keeps the Slicer chance but guarantees it, alongside a guaranteed DuelReels duel, on every single spin. In any of the three, extra scatter landings during the round add further spins on top of the starting total.

A Best of Bonus scatter can also appear alongside the usual trigger. When it does, the corresponding bonus round is played three times over, with only the strongest of the three results paid out.
